With the CDC’s newly issued  Employer Information office building guidelines, getting back to the office will be a challenge for managers and employees alike.

It starts with commuting to work. Recommendations for people not to carpool or collect huge crowds on public transport are bound to make commutes longer and more hectic. Once you get to the office (which probably requires a new HVAC system), you need to prepare for a different thermometer probe.

Then when you enter the building, make sure you stay behind a mask and don’t meet in groups. Don’t forget that when you get to the common areas there will be no communication. And by all means, don’t touch the coffee pot without gloves on.
